TECHNICAL SUPPORT 

We offer the technical knowledge needed to support our ranges and help our customers to support their customers. Our quality and technical teams are on hand to offer advice and to suggest the best solution when required.

We have our own in house dedicated laboratory with a wide range of equipment and testing facilities. Which supports our rigorous goods inward inspection processes ensuring they conform to the relevant national and international standards.

ADVANCED PRODUCT CERTIFICATION

As an additional service, most fasteners can be supplied with 3.1 certification to DIN-EN-10204.

More advanced certification such as ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) or PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) can be provided.

These additional levels of certification need to be agreed at the enquiry stage.

We can also assist with advice on environmental responsibilities advising conformance to directives such as RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive), REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
