Owlett-Jaton’s Key Accounts Commercial Manager, Phil Hawtin is retiring after over 40 years in the fastener and fixings industry.
Phil has worked at Owlett-Jaton for 17 years and has been instrumental in the development of key business areas, including the relationship with the buying group Troy THS.
As Key Account Commercial Manager, he works closely with Owlett-Jaton’s larger and more complex customers, to ensure a bespoke service is offered to meet their needs.
Before his current role, Phil was a key part of the STF and Icon operations in Bilston, acting as Business Development Manager for both.
Phil leaves Owlett-Jaton on Friday 31st May, meaning he gets one last Troy TMB event, where he hopes to catch up with as many of the long-standing relationships that he has built over the years, as possible.
A lover of Cornwall, Phil plans on spending time with his family in the sunshine and perfecting his surfing skills.
