We are pleased to announce that our external sales team has expanded, with the addition of our new Area Sales Manager, Steve Silford. As Area Sales Manager, Steve will be on hand to support our valued customers through sales orders, product training, and merchandising; he will also be attending trade events throughout the year.
Steve has over ten years of experience in the fasteners and fixings industry, and as a result, brings a lot of knowledge and experience to his new role. His career has included working at TR Fastenings as a Business Development Manager for six years. Prior to this, Steve worked at Optimas Components; his time in the industry has also included working for an independent rivet and tooling supplier.
Steve will be covering the Northern Home Counties area, which includes North London, Colchester, South End, Braintree, and beyond. Steve has been in his new role for several weeks and is enjoying it. He is excited at the new challenge, building new, long-term relationships, and developing the role through time.
