JCP Technical Manager Brian Deluce Retires

After nearly two decades with JCP, Technical Manager Brian Deluce is retiring. Although he has only been with JCP for 19 years, he’s actually been in the industry a lot longer. Having spent his entire career in the fixings industry, Brian joined JCP, from Ramset Fasteners, just six months after launch in 2001.

Responsible for all technical aspects, Brian has developed and implemented a comprehensive technical library which is used by many specifiers of JCP fixings. Responsible for achieving European Technical Assessment (ETA) on products, Brian has also carried out thousands of on-site tests for customers.

He has seen JCP grow to the multi-million-pound division of Owlett-Jaton that it is today, and has been instrumental in developing the technical approach and service provided.

Reza Jafari succeeds Brian and has been with JCP since 2017. Employed as Assistant Technical Manager, Brian took Reza under his wing to show him the ropes. In 2019 Reza was promoted to Technical Manager when Brian reduced his days to consider his retirement plans.

A keen diver, Brian plans on spending his days on his boat enjoying the good old British weather!

We wish him a happy and well-deserved retirement.
